To help you enjoy the shopping experience at https://www.giuseppezanottis.com/, we have a Return & Refund Policy. If you do not like the products you received, we are pleased to offer a30-dayexchange or refund for items in unused condition.
Returns We are committed to your total satisfaction. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and be in its original packaging that you received it.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return requests made outside of the 30-day policy or used products will be accepted at our sole discretion.
Returns Procedures Please initiate the process by sending an email to david@likemalls.com by providing the following:
    1) a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase (such as the purchase order number);
    2) the reason for a return; and
    3) whether you would like an exchange (for damaged or missing items) or a refund.
We will provide you with a return address where appropriate. Our customer service representative generally takes 24 hours to reply.
Exchanges (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at our fault.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Easy Refunds (if applicable) We promise to give a full refund if you are unsatisfied with our products’ quality. Should you request a refund, we will initiate the refund procedure within 48 hours after we have received the returned products. A credit will be applied to your credit card within a certain number of days. The actual times of the refund are subject to availability on the bank and/or card association concerned.
You forfeit your rights for an exchange and a full refund for an order should you request a chargeback with your credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you do not receive a refund after a prolonged period (by experience, 14 days after we have accepted to refund), please first double check with your credit card company.  Credit card companies may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
